Can you picture Don Draper of Mad Men in sweatpants? Or Sheldon Cooper without his iconic superhero t-shirts? Costumes play a huge role in making our television shows feel realistic and help transport us to a certain time or place.
The FIDM Museum has a collection of television costumes on display from August 2, 2016–October 15, 2016. Hours are 10am–5pm, Tuesday through Saturday. The event is free and open to the public.
Editors Note: The FIDM Museum is next to Grand Hope Park, which is a nice place to relax. The museum also exhibits film costumes annually in February – April, which was amazing to see.
