FIDM Costume Exhibit

Open now at the FIDM Museum it is their 25th annual display of movie costumes. These are actual costumes used in films from the previous year, including many that were nominated for Academy Awards. Past costumes have included films such as Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Cinderella (live-action), and Mad Max: Fury Road.

Viewing the exhibit is free to the public. The museum is located at 919 S. Grand Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90015 and is easy to access from the Metro Red or Purple Lines.

The museum is open 10 AM to 5 PM on Tuesday through Saturday. Closed on Sundays and Mondays. These costume displays will be available until April 22, 2017. You can visit their website for more details.

Palmdale Springfest & Egg Hunt

The Palmdale Amphitheater will be hosting a free egg hunt for kids age 2-12. There will also be a Kids Fun Zone including pony rides and games. A wristband for the Kids Fun Zone is $2 each.

Event is Saturday, April 8, 2017 from 10 AM to 2 PM. The amphitheater is located at 2723 Rancho Vista Blvd, Palmdale, CA 93551. Food vendors will also be on site so attendees can purchase food if they wish.
